FAQ
Can I meet you before I give birth?
Absolutely, this is a privilege I don't take lightly and getting to know you and the non-birthing parent is essential for me. I come to you or we meet at a cafe for a coffee and a chat, all included in the cost. We get to know one another, ask any questions and explore expectations. And then when you're in the throughs of birth I am an extra support person.
Do you shoot on location or at our home?
Both! I can come to your house or I will suggest a location depending on what you want. .
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Generally no, because there likely is another booking. But always ask the question! If it is a mini shoot then unfortunately I can't extend the session, but I always love booking in another shoot.
What do we wear?
I am always happy to chat to you and send you inspiration for colour schemes. Always pack a spare pair of clothes as you may end up in the water. Always pack a jumper that you're happy to have in the photos as kids can get cold.
Do we meet before a Fresh 48 session?
This is totally up to you. I am always happy to meet the parents before entering such a special, sacred time and to make sure I understand your requirements and expectations. We can do this in person or via zoom.
What happens if it's raining?
We can still shoot, but this is completely your call. If it is dangerous weather, electrical storm or heavy rain we will reschedule.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Of course not, this is completely up to you. It can be an easier process for you and the colour and quality is professional.
